Return Policy

• All exchange requests must be made within 15 days of order receipt.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping charges, for those items returned within 15 days of order receipt.
• Please give us a toll-free call at 1-866-MYTABLE (1-866-698-2253) to process your return, refund or replacement.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging, if applicable.
• Once your return is received, inspected by the warehouse, and approved (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed.
• In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, we require phone notification within 15 days of your receipt of goods.
• If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of myTableware.com, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground UPS.
