What is flat rate shipping?

Answer:
Flat rate shipping means that there is only one shipping charge for each order we process. The shipping charge you pay is the same even if you order many items.

Question:
How much is flat rate shipping and does this include insurance?

Answer:
The flat rate for all USA shipments is $5. This includes insurance and superior packaging. We prefer to ship via UPS but can also ship with the USPS or FedEx upon request.

Can I call and place an order over the phone? What Credit Cards do you accept?

Answer:
Yes we take orders by calling toll free to 1-866-MYTABLE (1-866-698-2253) Please press (1) followed by the
(#) key at anytime during the menu options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Question:
What if I live outside the USA?

Answer:
We ship orders internationally everyday. We ship ONLY with the USPS via AIR Parcel Post. Orders are insured and traceable with the US Customs form routing number. There is NO tracking number available to monitor the progress of the shipment.

What do you charge for international shipping & insurance?

Answer:
Shipping & insurance charges are based on the weight of a shipment. Please email for a shipping quote with
a list of the items you wish to purchase.
