| Answer: Flat rate shipping means that there is only one shipping charge for each order we process. The shipping charge you pay is the same even if you order many items. |
| Question: How much is flat rate shipping and does this include insurance ? |
| Answer: The flat rate for all USA shipments is $12.99. This includes insurance and superior packaging. We prefer to ship via UPS but can also ship with the USPS upon request. |

| Answer: Yes - We add new items to our inventory daily. To register your pattern and email address for updates go to our home page and click the link called Register Your Make & Pattern |
| Question: What if I live outside the USA ? |
| Answer: We ship orders internationally everyday.
We ship ONLY with the USPS via AIR Parcel Post. Orders are insured and traceable with the US Customs form routing number. There is NO tracking # available to monitor the progress of the shipment. |
